Also, he clearly isn’t at a strength disadvantage because he was reversing JSP at times and giving him hell in the standup. Being able to reverse a massive FW and very good wrestler in JSP makes me confident that ceerod can survive the grappling with dulgarian

I think CeeRod has a lot of talent but he needs to settle into a weight class before I have any kind of expectations for him. Most of his record is literally weight misses at bantamweight and catchweight fights.

I just feel like there’s a lot of anger over the consistent weight misses, and that’s leading to people creating narratives about him that idk are necessarily accurate. If anything, I think his cardio advantage from not cutting the extra weight is a far bigger advantage than any size he has on someone at BW. People act like he only wins because of the weight misses and not that he’s also a good fighter.

Bryan Barberena, TKO, R1
People say that Bam Bam is old and washed but ignore the fact that GM3 is older than he is. Sure Barberena's TDD isn't great, but GM3s chin is probably gone at this point. I like Barbarena as a dog here.
Davis vs. Levy
Mike Davis, DEC
I mean they're both solid on the feet but I like Davis more on the ground. I like Levy a lot though.

Filho is lucky to have gotten into the UFC the way he did. From Dana's reaction and post fight contract speech on Contender Series you could clearly read between the lines that he was probably not going to award a contract to Filho had he not found that 3rd round stoppage.
Then my memory told me he did ok vs Mokaev but outside of that leglock attempt late in the 3rd which was admittedly gnarly, he really didn't put up that much of a fight. At the end of the day he went for guilloutines and leglocks in the most stereotypical brazilian fashion of overreliance on BJJ and it didn't land. It's just a low percentage move in modern MMA.
Barez, who is a good fighter to be sure, had him badly hurt and close to stopped before he rallied.
Then there is Ode who is clearly a technically skilled striker but whose gastank is just awful. If he doesn't get stopped early which has happened a bunch of times and he can't get a quick finish, he really struggles with fights going long.
It's very hard to rely on a guy that can't win a 3rd round in the flyweight division. Besides that if you listen to interviews with the guy he's always got a new religion/philosophy/affirmation program going on, when he's not talking about being the BW champion. He's the very opposite of a grounded person and I always get less confident in him whenever I hear him speak.

Gerald Meerschaert, SUB, R3
I gotta roll with GM3 here. Barberena has the striking advantage, but he doesn't have the power to put Meerschaert away. That spells bad news for Barberena because if you let GM3 hang around he's shown in the past he can eventually get you to the ground and find the finish. I think that's what happens here. Barberena gets going early and GM3 weathers the storm and puts him away late.

Macy Chiasson, DEC
Taking Macy because she's the more well rounded fighter. Kianzid is probably the better boxer, but Macy can hang with her there. If the fight isn't going Macy's way she can mix in the wrestling and grind out a win that way. I'll take Macy in a competitive 29-28 win
