Tony Halme Wiki

Tony Halme was a Finnish mixed martial arts fighter mainly known in MMA circles for being Randy Couture's first MMA opponent at UFC 13.  Halme was also a competent professional boxer and a successful professional wrestler, with a brief run in the World Wrestling Federation as "Ludvig Borga."

Halme was a member of Finnish parliament, authored five books, and recorded one album.  He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on January 8, 2010.  He was 47 years old.
