Whats you guys opinion on a MMA organizations adding Amateur fights in-between the card? Do you guys think thats an example of why the PFL is not doing to good? They got 8 Mil for Francis to not fight but are adding W Amateur fights in-between their cards that only happen once a month. I just dont understand the thought process.

@dougwarford07 I get that but even the LFA and Cage Warriors are able to get all pro matches, I wouldn't even care if both these girls were taking their pro debut. I just don't understand the Amateur aspect, they had Alis grandson doing amateur fights for like 3 cards in a row, its weird to go from seeing people get sworn into the American Military and then watch an Amateur fight. Such a weird organization.

I agree. Fights are fights, but what's the point of making it amateur? At least take a page from Bellator at least and have them only fight regional talents with equivalent experience level until they are ready to be a prospect.

Plus the amateur ruleset just makes the fights so hard to watch. Nobody wants to see submissions only on the ground and you can’t even use your full skillset on the feet
