Doumbé had no clue what to do on the ground, the only thing he did was on instinct get up as quick as possible.

@Hitmonchan I was rooting for Baki and had it 1-1 clear going into the third. It was still anyone's fight, and Doumbe avoided major damage on the ground from a wrestler. Just how I saw it. But it definitely was a close fight.

@Hitmonchan Eh i'd disagree, it kinda looked to me that the momentum was shifting towards Doumbe, atleast that was what I was seeing. Didn't really have high expectations on his td defense, I mean he's a kickboxer, who transitioned to mma like 6 fights ago so yeah

This will be interesting. This is the most experienced fighter that Doumbe has ever faced by a country mile in his MMA career. Unfortunately for Willis, even if he is able to hold down Doumbe for the majority of the fight, it will be very difficult to get a decision his way in France.

Willis is doing a good job selling this fight, given that he's a pretty unheralded replacement opponent. I usually couldn't care less about trash talk, but those two seem to have real animosity without taking it too far. A rare case of the prefight talk actually getting me more excited for a matchup!
