Holland has talked about going back to MW before, I would not be surprised if he does not care enough to make that cut anymore.  Anyways they probably realized they needed another name on the main card and the only people who are likely willing to take him on short notice are guys like Michal who a win would do a lot for and a loss wouldn't really drop their stock at all.

It's so hard to pick Holland now. Every single time that I pick him, he loses the fight and reminds me that he is not as good as I made him out to be in my mind. 

I'm gonna pick him one more time with no confidence at all. He should have no problem destroying Michal but Kevin Holland can always find a way to lose.

Yes, Adesanya defended against Costa. However, I'm just referring to fights where Costa is on the card and another champion is defending their belt.

Cormier/Stipe x2
Usman/Leon
Topuria/Volk

Costa fought on all these cards and all the champions lost. He's literally (somehow) 5/5 with this curse. Maybe Costa will be the added juice Dustin needs to finally win a fight by guillotine?

BSD clearly gassed due to the staph infection. If he were 100%, he would have finished Poirier in the 1st.

I love Poirier, but Islam only loses to him if he makes a huge mistake. Dustin won't be able to stop any takedowns coming from Makachev, and on the feet, it's gonna be competitive (mainly because Makachev is very smart on the defense side).

Ulanbekov seems like a rough matchup for Van. If Van can keep the pressure on him, work the jab and body, and stay out of the clinch he can def win though. Whoever is going backwards will probably lose

This one might be really close, Costa would really need a finish. Any finish over Strickland would really bolster his profile and wash out the taste and being inactive.

The thing with Kevin Holland is that he is **** wrestler and also an entertainer so even If he could take someone down he wouldn’t, I’m surprise how many people though Kevin would wrestle Wonderboy and MVP, But if he fighting someone who won’t take him down, and Isn’t a elite striker, he usually does well as Holland is a meme fighter who has good stiking, chin and power

This should be an easy win for Kevin Holland, really seems like they giving Holland a win
